Retained Search

A retained search is preferable in cases where a client has a pressing need that requires a candidate who will hold key responsibilities and whose services are integral to overall organizational success. (Scarce, Technical, High Demand Talent) Given the strategic importance of these positions, there is often a degree of urgency and/or confidentiality that accompanies this type of search. Retained searches are given priority status in terms of the level and number of recruiters assigned to conduct the search and the time and resources that are dedicated to the project. Weekly reports are delivered to the client reflecting activity and results of the project until completion.

Contingent Search

A contingent search creates competition for the top talent in the marketplace. We believe great recruiters are competitive, like to win and accomplish goals, so competition is good. With this in mind, all contingent searches are prioritized for the highest probability of success.
